Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Klarai Ltd for the Klarai app and website (“the Service”). Creating an account or using Klarai means you agree. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who can use Klarai

You must be at least 16 and using Klarai in the UK. If you are 16 or 17, use the Service only if you understand these Terms.

What Klarai is — and what it isn't

Klarai is a financial information and budgeting tool. It helps you see money clearly, build budgets, and get general, AI-powered information. Klarai is not a bank, building society, or e-money institution. It does not hold your money. It is not a payment service. Connected bank access, when live, is read-only. Klarai is not regulated financial advice and is not authorised by the FCA to give it. AI features can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them for important decisions without checking the facts. Speak to a qualified, regulated professional about debt, investments, tax or other significant choices.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Connecting your bank account

Optional, and launching after provider production approval. Read-only. You approve accounts with your bank. You can disconnect at any time.

Klarai Plus and payments

Plus is £6.99/month or £59.99/year. Student is £2.99/month or £24.99/year. Cancel any time from billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Using Klarai responsibly

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to break it, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

Who owns what

You keep rights in the information you upload. Klarai and its licensors own the product, design and software.

The Service is provided “as is”

Beta software will have bugs. We work to fix them. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude. We are not liable for decisions you make using Klarai’s explanations.

Ending these Terms

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we shut the Service down.

Changes

We may change the Service and these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

England and Wales.
